What we collect and why

The enquiry form collects your name, email, firm name, client volume and what you write in the message. The worksheets themselves collect nothing: they compute on the page and keep nothing unless you open an account and save.

Legal basis and sharing

We are the vendor: your details go to Kickoffo (operated by Ellul Solutions Ltd) and to nobody else. No lead brokers, no advertisers, no resale.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from when they are sent, then deleted, and any copy held to pass an enquiry to a firm has the name, email, phone and message removed at the same point. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: hello@kickoffo.com. We respond within one month. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) in the UK. Ellul Solutions Ltd's establishment in the EU is in Malta, so its lead supervisory authority in the EU is the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idpc.org.mt); you can also complain to the authority in the EU country where you live or work.
