What this service is

Kickoffo is client onboarding software for professional services firms, and we are the vendor: free worksheets that work an onboarding checklist and an intake form from figures you enter, and a paid record that keeps every client, onboarding, step and document.

How we are paid

Kickoffo Pro is a monthly subscription at $49 per month for the whole firm, and you pay us: Ellul Solutions Ltd, the entity named on your invoice. It keeps your clients, onboardings, steps and documents, brands them and exports them.

Online payments. When you connect your own Stripe account and take a payment through a pay link, Kickoffo charges a platform fee of 1% of that payment, in addition to Stripe's own processing fee. Stripe deducts both from the payment before it is paid out to you; Kickoffo never holds your customers' money. The rate that applies is the one shown in your account on the day the pay link is created, and a change to it applies only to links created afterwards.

No warranty

The worksheets compute from the figures you enter and plain arithmetic; they are planning tools, not legal, regulatory or KYC advice, and what your firm must collect from a client remains your firm's decision and its counsel's.
